I have had a good look at properties and it can be a bit confusing at times as some off them are falling to bits and are still "expensive" compare to others, which are fully renovated. I saw one which I liked for 29.000 euros I think. This one was already renovated to a very good standard. I really dont know where to start looking and what to watch out for.
